No, a divorced woman has no automatic right to maintenance, though if she and her husband agree otherwise, this can be included in a divorce agreement. It would, however, be the exception, rather than the rule. Any right a married woman has to maintenance during the marriage stops upon divorce – unless agreed otherwise.
