A: Yes, your chances are very good. In a similar case that was brought to the Family Court, and a judgement was given on 25.5.25, a similar claim was dismissed, where a number of financial agreements were signed, which were approved by the Family Court and the Rabbinical Court. The husband claimed that he signed the agreements because he was a widower and had fallen victim to deception and oppression by his wife, but the court was impressed that as a businessman and owner of many companies, he understood exactly what he was signing. The court dismissed the claim and ordered the husband to pay legal costs.
