No! in a similar case, the District Court in Lod (2nd instance) dismissed the mother’s claim that returning her minor daughter (she abducted to Israel), would put the child in “grave risk” because the father is taking “drugs”. The Court there, ruled, on October 10th 2024, that the fact that the father is not taking drugs or psychiatric medicines, but is taking medicines against anxiety and painkillers, which do not constitute a risk for the abducted daughter and rejected the mother’s argument (case # 2298-10-24).
