My ex-husband is unwilling to cooperate with me, in issuing a new passport for our minor daughter. What can I do?

You should apply to The Family Court and ask the Court to order The Interior ministry to issue a new passport for your daughter despite her father’s objection. The Court will ask for your ex-husband’s response, and if The Court finds that there is no reason for the objection, then The Family Court will order The Interior ministry to issue a new passport for your daughter and give a decision accordingly.
