NO! in Hague Convention proceedings the Family Court examines whether the return of your children to Denmark constitutes “grave risk” for them. Such a claim made by your ex-wife, that the separation from her (the parent who abducted the minors), constitutes “grave risk” for the minors, was rejected, as a defense, In case # 48050-04-21, by the Family Court in Nahariya.
