A: No! In a judgement issued on 10.10.24 on appeal by the Central District Court of Lod, a similar claim by an abducting mother was rejected (Appeal Case No. 2298-10-24). The court there determined that the father was not taking drugs or psychiatric pills, but rather anti-anxiety and pain medication, due to surgery he had undergone. It was also determined that the expert’s opinion from the Family Court contradicted the mother’s claim, there, and that there was no proof that the father used drugs or psychiatric medications in a way that could endanger their minor daughter.
