Thus, after a legal procedure which was conducted regarding the return of a minor daughter who was abducted by the mother from the UK to Israel, and after the girl was returned there (to the UK), the father filed a tort claim with the Haifa Family Court in which he petitioned for compensation for the damages he suffered as a result of the minor’s abduction and the mother’s conduct (Family File # 8371-04-23).
