Immediately apply for an order preventing the children’s exit from Israel – due to the fear of abduction, supplying evidence to back up these suspicions. This can be done independently at the family court , although wider action can be taken.. For example, if a husband/father discovers that the wife/mother is secretly planning to fly back to the country the family had emigrated from with their mutual children, a short while after making “Aliyah”, he can also file for divorce and/or custody.
