What is the attitude of the rabbinical courts when one party in a second marriage wants divorce, and the other side files for marital reconciliation ?

The rabbinical courts do not hold up much hope for saving such unions, and are quick to see through pleas for ‘shalom bayit ‘(marital reconciliation) where they are filed for tactical (usually financial) reasons.
